The Royal Horticulture Society has announced an exciting lineup of six new gardens for the upcoming Chelsea Flower Show 2024. These gardens will feature a diverse range of themes, including traditional plant gardens, an innovative edible skate park, a display highlighting plants that promote gut health, and a captivating tropical forest.
The Show Gardens will showcase the work of renowned, award-winning designers alongside emerging talents. This year marks the highly-anticipated return of veteran Tom Stuart-Smith, whose design for the National Garden Scheme Garden pays tribute to the native British woodland. Equally awaited is the collaboration of designer Tom Massey and architect Je Ahn, who will tackle the theme of water management in the captivating WaterAid Garden. Additionally, Catherine McDonald promises a visually stunning display in the Boodles Garden, where she ingeniously uses plants to celebrate great works of art.
Sponsored by The Newt in Somerset, the Chelsea Flower Show 2024 will feature great floral designs and sustainability. Every single garden in the show will emphasise sustainable garden techniques and use low-impact materials and processes that reduce by-product waste.
Chelsea Flower Show Corporate Event Dates: 2024
The Chelsea Flower Show is returning to SW3 for five days, from the 21st - to the 25th of May 2024 with different themes and highlights each day.
Monday 20th May: Press Day. This day is restricted to members of the press, celebrities and the Royal Family.
Tuesday 21st May: The show officially opens to RHS members only, and is open from 8 AM to 8 PM.
Wednesday 22nd May: RHS members only. The gardens are open from 8 Am to 8 PM.
Thursday 23rd May: The event welcomes Non-members and will open from 8 AM to 8 PM.
Friday 24th May: Open for both RHS members and non-members from 8 AM to 8 PM. Meanwhile, the Chelsea Late event will start at 5:30 PM – 10 PM.
Saturday 25th May: All are welcome to marvel at the gardens from 8 AM to 5:30 PM but the plant sell-off will begin at 4 PM.
